Coaching for administrative professionals and junior managers. Efficient physical and electronic file management ensures security, organization and accessibility.
• Office Visits: One office visit per month, tailored to the client’s needs, to provide personalized HR and administrative support.

• Virtual Assistance: Comprehensive support including email and calendar management, customer service, data entry, conducting research, making outbound calls, electronic filing, proposal writing, Email Marketing, Google Business Profile, and social media page Setup. Business Name Consultation, Business | Company Registration (Companies Office Fee not included), Business Strategy Plan, Business Plan Development, Business Consultation, Pricing Strategy, Other Company Office Forms submission, Business Bank Account Set up, Trademark, Copyright, Mission, Vision, Core Values, Slogan Development.

What’s Not Included:

Payroll management, employee and labour relations, and job analysis are not covered.
